Loken History: Joan and I met at LeTourneau University but we were married in MISSOURI over 40 years ago because the draft took me from a South Dakota farm to Fort Leonard Wood. One year of barracks life convinced me to ask my college sweetheart, Joan, to become a soldier's wife!
We went back to MISSOURI thirty years later, for Joan to earn her master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. While there I enjoyed a class in conversational French and a web-page class which was "The Most Fun I Ever 'Done'" in school!
